We work together with external shipping and logistics partners to fulfill your orders.

• Goods ordered online will be processed, dispatched and delivered to residential address estimated 5 working days or longer*.
• Do check your email (spam/junk folder) and text message for follow up on your orders.

• *Takes a longer processing time if items are out of stock
• Please note that once we ship your order, we do not have any control over any delays in transit caused by any reason. We will work with the logistics partners and delivery couriers to track and trace your order and resolve any issues as soon as possible but this might not be possible always.
